MINDFULNESS AT THE MUSEUM

MINDFULNESS AT THE MUSEUM - we are honoured to collaborate with the National Museum of Singapore for a very special experience: Healing Along the Spice Route.
The National Museum of Singapore is the nation’s oldest museum and a cornerstone of cultural life, dedicated to exploring the stories that shape Singapore’s identity. Through innovative exhibitions, performances, and collaborations, the museum invites visitors to engage with history not as something distant, but as a living dialogue between past, present, and future.
Held at the museum’s Reunion Social Space, this experience draws inspiration from the storied ingredients that shaped Singapore’s history - clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, and more. Once vital to trade routes that connected East and West, these botanicals now take on new meaning as we reimagine them as tools for mindfulness, creative expression, and self-healing.
This workshop is presented alongside the museum’s SG60 exhibition, Once Upon a Tide: Singapore’s Journey from Settlement to Global City, which traces our island’s transformation through the ebb and flow of people, goods, and ideas.
